Most Annual policies will cover trips in the UK.

There are maybe limitations, such as more than 2 nights pre-booked accommodation and not whilst visiting family or friends.

Please check your policy wording for details.

You'll be able to select any countries you need cover for when you complete a quote.

Single Trip Cover

You will need to add each country that you are visiting. If you are on a flight stopover this will include any countries where you leave the airport. If you are on a cruise it will be any countries where your ship will be docking at.

If you can't find your destination, always check the spelling, you can even search by city if you are not sure!

Annual Multi Trip Cover

You can choose between cover for Europe, Worldwide (excluding USA, Canada and Caribbean) or Worldwide.

How an insurance provider classifies a country (e.g. Europe or Worldwide) can vary from provider to provider You should always check the policy wording to see which countries are covered by your policy.

Always check that the country you're travelling to will be covered before you purchase your policy.

Insurance providers will not cover countries where the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advise against travelling to.

You can check FCO advice herehttps://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice

If you have already purchased a policy and the FCO advice changes for the country you are visiting, please contact your insurance provider.

You will only need to tell us about the country where the layover is if you're intending to leave the airport.
