If you have a question about your policy — including making changes or cancelling — you’ll need to contact your insurance provider directly. You can find their contact details in your policy documents.

Your policy documents are sent directly by the insurance provider you purchased the policy from.

If you haven’t received them, we recommend first checking your junk or spam folder, as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find them, you’ll need to contact your provider directly, as they’ll be able to resend the documents.
