How will my complaint be handled?
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days.
Investigation
We will investigate your complaint without undue delay. This may involve:
- Reviewing our records.
- Speaking with relevant staff members.
- Reviewing relevant systems and processes.
- Requesting additional information from you where necessary.
We will keep you informed of progress where appropriate.
Outcome
Once our investigation is complete, we will provide a written response explaining:

- Any actions taken.
- Any remedial measures implemented.
- The reasons for our decision.
