How will my complaint be handled?

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days.

Investigation

We will investigate your complaint without undue delay. This may involve:

  • Speaking with relevant staff members.
  • Reviewing relevant systems and processes.
  • Requesting additional information from you where necessary.

We will keep you informed of progress where appropriate.

Outcome

Once our investigation is complete, we will provide a written response explaining:
