We pride ourselves on providing the easiest and most convenient way to get travel insurance cover at a competitive price. Rather than spending your valuable time trawling numerous insurance sites and entering your details over and over again - we enable you to do it all in one go. It literally takes minutes.

We work with over 30 specialist insurance providers, so you have the freedom to compare quotes from various providers at any given time.

Tommy Lloyd, Managing Director of Medical Travel Compared said: "We're really proud to win the silver award for Best Travel Insurance Provider for the second year running and would like to thank anyone who took the time to vote for us. This has been a difficult year for all of those in the travel industry, and it means the world that our customers have stood with us."

British Travel Awards’ chief executive Lorraine Barnes Burton said: “Medical Travel Compared is to be congratulated on winning silver in the Best Travel Insurance Provider in this most difficult year for the travel industry."

“The winners of the British Travel Awards are decided by votes from the travelling public and despite many people being unable to take a holiday this year some did manage to, before and between lockdowns. We also asked voters to show their support for companies they had a good experience with, paying attention to customer service – recognising companies who had helped them with re-bookings, refunds and cancellations. The British Travel Awards is still the largest consumer voted awards in the UK and congratulations to all the worthy winners. We’re looking ahead and forward, all being well, to travelling again soon.”
